Best of Award of Excellence – Since 2019

Mott 32

Mott 32 Las Vegas has once again received Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence, counting six impressive wins. With roughly 400 selections, there is a wine for everyone, with options from the most classic wine producing regions in the world. Mott 32’s greatest areas of emphasis are Bordeaux, Burgundy, as well as California, highlighting top Grand Cru, First Growths, and top tier California producers.

COTE

Recently recognized with Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence, COTE blends the energy of Korean barbecue with the sophistication of a classic American steakhouse. The restaurant’s acclaimed wine program features more than 1,200 labels, with selections spanning the world’s premier wine regions. Whether pairing a bold red with USDA Prime beef or exploring rare bottles with guidance from the sommelier team, COTE offers an exceptional wine experience alongside its interactive dining concept.

Bouchon

The wine selection at Bouchon features grapes from France and the U.S., prominently in California. Similar to the bistros in France, Bouchon offers Vin en Carafe. Wines are selected in barrel from the cellars of the finest winemakers California has to offer and are only available in the restaurant while the barrel lasts. Order a carafe of wine served to your table for a pairing that is simple, delicious, affordable and without pretense. During weekend brunch, mimosas are offered by the bottle. For Champagne enthusiasts, try a Champagne cocktail, like the French 75, made with Bombay Dry Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, Champagne and a lemon twist. Or a D'Artagnan, made with Delord Bas Armagnac, Grand Marnier, orange juice, Champagne and an orange twist. Find your favorite wine by the bottle or the glass at Bouchon.

HaSalon

Bringing the vibrant spirit of Tel Aviv to the Las Vegas Strip, HaSalon has earned Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence for its outstanding wine program. The restaurant pairs elevated Mediterranean cuisine with a curated wine selection designed to complement its seasonal, ingredient-driven menu. From celebrated Old-World producers to standout New-World selections, HaSalon delivers a wine experience that enhances every shared plate and unforgettable evening.

CUT By Wolfgang Puck

CUT by Wolfgang Puck, offers a carefully crafted wine list. The extensive international list offers more than 500 selections of wine. The primary focus of these wines are from the United States, France, Italy, Spain and Germany. In addition to an emphasis on robust red wines, the list features a strong selection of white wines. Looking for some bubbly? CUT can pour you a glass of Champagne or sparkling wine. Grab a glass or a bottle of your favorite vino.

If you’re looking for authentic Greek food and wine, estiatorio Milos has it all. As one of the world’s most celebrated Greek seafood restaurants, the atmosphere will transport you to Greece. Patrons are able to select from an array of fresh fruits, vegetables, and iconic seafood. All Milos meals pair well with the authentic Greek wines that grace the menus. Not sure which to order?
